The Story

This was one of the first pieces in the Clothsmith collection and remains a firm favourite of ours. Suzanis are a type of traditional embroidered textile from Central Asia, known for their colourful and intricate patterns. This beautiful piece dates from circa 1920 and is embroidered in silk on cotton ground.
