Delivery is quoted at checkout. If your order to the US is less than $800, you won't incur any additional duty costs on your delivery.
Where textiles and artwork are ordered together, you will only pay for the delivery cost of the artwork, any textiles are shipped for free. For artwork which by nature is more fragile, we ensure every care is taken to package it securely and that the pieces are handled with care.
UK
We aim to deliver all home textiles within 3-5 working days, and will endeavour to get them to you sooner if we can. Please add additional days for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands.
Artwork is made to order and will be delivered approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of order. If the item is in stock we will let you know and get it to you sooner. Orders may take a little longer over busy periods and holidays.
MAINLAND USA
We aim to deliver all home textiles within 7-10 working days, and will endeavour to get them to you sooner if we can. If you require express shipping, please email hello@clothsmith-home.com for a quote.
Artwork is made to order and will be delivered approximately 4-5 weeks from the date of order. If the item is in stock we will let you know and get it to you sooner. Orders may take a little longer over busy periods and holidays.
Yes you can track your order. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
The customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes due on the order based on the country's customs regulations. However if your order to the US is less than $800, you won't incur any additional duty costs on your delivery.
To be kind to our planet we always send orders out in the least number of deliveries possible. If items are in stock they will be dispatched together. Artwork will be dispatched once manufactured and will be sent separately to any textiles in the same order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. We realise from time to time mistakes can happen when ordering online or sometimes you may have just changed your mind. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If we have already dispatched your order unfortunately it is too late to be cancelled and you will need to make a return.

We ship to mainland USA but do not offer international shipping elsewhere as standard. If you are outside the UK or mainland USA please do contact us for a quote at hello@clothsmith-home.com.
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, however all our textiles are wrapped in tissue paper with a note from Clothsmith.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email from us with all the details you need.
If an item is out of stock, please enter your email address on the specific product page to get a notification once the item is back in stock. We aim to replenish stock as quickly as possible so you won’t have to hold on for too long.
RETURNS
We hope that you love the items you purchase from us. However, in the event you change your mind all items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days, except any products that are bespoke. The only thing we ask is that items are returned to us in perfect condition and in original packaging.
Please contact us to arrange a return quoting your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange at hello@clothsmith-home.com. We will then be in touch to provide you with return instructions. Please note that return postage will only be covered in the unlikely event that a product is faulty.
We suggest that you use a trackable postage service as we can only issue a refund once we have received the items from you and inspected them. Please ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged, especially artwork, as we will not be able to process a refund if the items are not in a resalable condition when we receive them.
The only items we do not accept returns on are any products that are bespoke, unless the product is faulty.
We will issue your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return to the original method of payment.
We are unable to refund the delivery charge unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We take great pride in the quality of our products. All items are carefully finished and packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. However we encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to inform us at hello@clothsmith-home.com.

Yes absolutely, our website is certified Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud, and means you can have peace of mind when shopping on our site.
CUSTOM MADE
Most of our artwork can be customised, for example you might want to choose a different frame colour or alternative sizing. We would love to hear from you if you are interested in tailoring a piece. Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any items that have been customised.
ARTWORK
All of our artwork is printed using state-of-the-art print software, our paper prints being on the finest quality, archival art paper that is fade free for 400 years. However due to the natural fibres, we would recommend you hang any prints backed with linen away from direct sunlight. Gently wipe glazing and frames with a soft microfibre cloth.
Please note that all our artwork is cut and framed by hand, so there may be some very small variation between the image on our website and the product you receive. Although our makers follow the outline of the original textile, each piece of artwork that is cut out by hand is unique.

SUSTAINABILITY
We all want to do our bit to reduce the impact we have on our planet, and whilst there is always more we can do as a company, we have made many choices that are a leap in the right direction.
All of our products are made in the UK, with the exception of our European linen napkins and tablecloths. Whilst it can be much cheaper to mass produce items abroad, we have made a conscious decision to manufacture all our homewares and artwork in the UK. This not only lowers the carbon footprint of the goods that arrive on your doorstep, but it also gives work to the highly skilled craftspeople in this country such as our framers and seamstresses.
At Clothsmith, we are very mindful of waste. All of our fabric designs are digitally printed. This is a more eco-friendly choice compared to many other more traditional processes, using less water and energy or the need for harsh chemicals. We labour over our print designs to ensure that we are using every inch of fabric possible, limiting the amount of waste fabric produced to a bare minimum.
Wherever we can, we use environmentally friendly materials. All of our packaging is recyclable and our boxes are made using recycled cardboard. We reuse as much of our packaging as possible, so please be conscious of this when receiving your goods. Our fabrics are all OEKO-TEX certified, which means that they have been rigorously tested to ensure they don't contain any unsafe toxic chemicals and are not harmful for us or the environment.
GENERAL
Yes we do offer gift cards. These will be sent out digitally with a unique code which is usable when ordering on our website and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift cards can be sent directly to a recipients email with a message of your choice. If you would like us to help you with something a little more special, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
We offer a 10% discount off your first order when subscribing to our newsletter. As our products are not led by trends or seasons and we like to keep our prices as competitive as possible, we do not offer seasonal sales or frequent discount codes. Occasionally we may run a promotion or a sample sale so make sure you sign up to be the first to hear about our offers.
We ask that you please contact us to let us know how you would like to use our imagery before using it anywhere. Being an ecommerce site, our imagery is incredibly valuable to our brand and a huge amount of work and planning goes into it.
We don’t have a physical shop, however please sign up to our newsletter to be in the loop about upcoming pop up shops and fairs.
